Té Vegan Chai

  • 1 oz Té Charming Spice black tea
  • 2 quarts of water
  • 1 half gallon protein milk (almond or oat)

Procedures:

Bring water to boil in a large pot. Reduce to simmer, then add tea and simmer for two hours. Optional approach: Use an InstantPot! Add 2 quarts of boiling water, then tea leaves, and set to Slow Cook for hour, then Simmer or Keep Warm for another hour. 

Strain out the liquid in a container and add half gallon of vegan protein milk. For keto diets, use almond milk. Another option is oat milk. Coconut milk is another option, but it will tend to curdle. Stir and refrigerate before serving.
