To make this special tea that “seals the yellow”, farmers add an extra process after pan-frying – damp buds & leaves are piled and then wrapped in paper or cloth, then dried naturally for a few hours, resulting in slow oxidation. The process is repeated sometimes for days. Yellow tea is mellow & sweet without the grassy notes associated with green tea. Certified organic. 2 oz
