- Gyokuro green tea - Gyokuro Hoshino is an exceptionally fine tea from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. While technically a sencha, it is consumed in a completely different style: brewed in almost lukewarm water, it is to be drunk slowly, savoring its deep green vegetal notes.
