Té at Best Taste in Town
Té House of Tea hosted a booth at the Southwest Chamber of Commerce's 2005 Best Taste in Town, and it was a exciting success!
Té sponsors Guayaquil Mission Project
SEA - El Carmen held it's annual benefits dinner on Friday, April 22, 2005, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, and Té House of Tea sponsored the tea service for the event.
Day 1 at the International Festival
Day 1 (April 30) at the Houston International Festival was a smashing success for Té House of Tea! Our fresh-brewed chai was a crowd favorite, so much such that we couldn't keep up with demand during peak times, and ran out by 7 pm.
Té House of Tea at St. Ann's Market Day
Té House of Tea sold our wares, especially our organic teas and a special collection of Yixing teapots, at the Guild Market Days at St. Anne Catholic Church on October 4 & 5, 2005. Good Advertising to the community.
Robert's Elementary International Festival 2005
Té donated its time and its delicious teas to the Roberts Elementary International Festival. Our teas were very popular with the crowd, especially the iced tea (a special black tea from southern India), and our signature chai.

Té in Best Taste in Town!
We will again be appearing in the Best Taste of Town event this March 30, in the Hornberger Center, 2121 W. Holcombe (formerly part of the Shamrock Hotel, if you remember Houston's history).

The Open House party held on March 4 was a big success. The events attracted a large crowd, and we welcomed all our friends and acquaintances to our new store.

Photographer Annie Greene's exhibit opens today, featuring photographs from her trips to East Africa, with a focus on the children of Africa.

Té House of Tea is featured in this week's Houston Chronicle, in the Dining section, for an article titled "WiFi? Why Not?" Both Connie Lacobie and Alyson Bell were quoted in the article, as well as one of our loyal customers.

Benefit Performance with World Music
Next Saturday, June 17, Té House of Tea will be featuring two bands, Hidden Paraiso and kayumanggi, performing to raise money for Gawad Kalinga, a volunteer organizaiton working for the poor in the Phillippines
Té featured on Great Day Houston
Last Wednesday, Connie Lacobie and Jody Worthington appeared on Channel 11's Great Day Houston show. The whole show was dedicated to tea, and for Té's segment, they featured the store, as well as explained the fun and health benefits of drinking tea.
