and by "Pancake" Day, we mean "crepes" - but of course, you already knew that :)   Shrove Tuesday (known better to us as "Mardi Gras") is famously known as Pancake Day in the UK and related countries, and it's a day where you traditionally eat crepes.  Like you need an excuse to eat crepes, right?!
