Té is as much shaped by our customers as our own vision - we provide the quality teas and delicious fresh foods, you provide the interest and interesting events!  Music, art, dance, readings group, technology meetings - all have found a home in our little shop.

Te House of Tea may take on a different character depending on which day or night of the week you come to visit.  Here are some of our regular events:

• every Monday evening, 9 pm to midnight is Open Mic Night.  Music, poetry, spoken word artists, all our welcome.
• Every Friday night is Varieté, a variety show and dinner service. Great for dates, small groups, folks just having fun! Music, comedy, dance, more to come soon, for this new event we're putting together!
• Saturday mornings, until 4 pm or while supplies last, is Farmer's Market Brunch. Connie shops our local farmer's market in the morning, and serves up fresh produce, cheese, and eggs and local meats into delicious fresh omelets, crepes, or fully-vegan dishes over rice. Yummy!
• every Saturday evening , 9 pm to midnight, is the Demitasse Swing Dance (www.secondcupswing.com).  This is "groovy swing" at its best, with a mix of traditional swing music (the pop music of its time) and contemporary swingable pop tunes.  Always a fun evening.

If you would like to start a new tradition at Té, don't be afraid to ask.  If the fung shui is right, we're happy to be host to your event or regular gathering.  We're proud to be a part of your community, as well as you joining ours :)
